    Our Repair Warranty

We stand behind the work we do. This page explains what our repair warranty covers, how long it lasts and how to make a claim.

    Last reviewed: August 2026

    Standard Repair Warranty

Where our standard repair warranty applies, the repair is covered for 90 days from completion or collection, unless a different warranty period is specifically stated for that repair or component.

    Longer Warranty Periods

Certain replacement components and services carry a longer warranty where that is specifically advertised, quoted or agreed with you. For example, some replacement parts such as batteries and screens are supplied with a 12-month warranty.

Where a longer warranty applies to your repair, that specific period takes precedence over the 90-day standard. Your job paperwork or quote will state the period that applies.

    What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty generally covers faults relating to the repair we performed or the replacement component we supplied, subject to these terms and to your consumer rights.

If the same fault returns within the warranty period, contact us and we will look at it again.

    What May Not Be Covered

    • Faults unrelated to the work we carried out
    • New faults developing elsewhere in the device
    • Accidental damage occurring after the repair
    • Liquid damage occurring after the repair
    • Misuse or neglect
    • Damage caused by a later third-party repair or modification
    • Software, settings or hardware issues unrelated to the original work
    • Parts you supplied yourself, which we fit but cannot warrant

    Making a Warranty Claim

Please contact us and tell us:

    • the device (make and model)
    • the original repair carried out
    • the approximate repair date, or your job reference
    • the problem you are experiencing now

We may need to inspect the device so we can see the fault for ourselves and establish whether it relates to the original repair.

Our repair warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
