We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
Our Commitment
Computer Clinic is committed to providing high-quality repair services. However, we understand that occasionally things may not meet your expectations. If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear about it so we can put things right.
How to Raise a Complaint
Step 1: Contact Us Directly
In the first instance, please contact us directly. Many issues can be resolved quickly with a phone call or email.

Please include your name, contact details, a description of the issue, and your repair reference number (if applicable).
Step 2: Investigation
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and investigate it thoroughly. We may need to inspect the device again or review our repair records. We aim to provide a full response within 10 working days.
Step 3: Resolution
Depending on the outcome of our investigation, we may offer one or more of the following:
- A free re-repair of the device
- A partial or full refund
- A replacement part or service
- An explanation and apology where appropriate
Step 4: Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to:
- Citizens Advice, www.citizensadvice.org.uk
- Trading Standards, contact your local Trading Standards office through Citizens Advice
Your Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this complaints procedure. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and goods supplied must be of satisfactory quality.
